Founded and grew ~120-member organization (nine direct reports) responsible for network, systems and storage, and complementary business operations including provisioning and logistics, to enable Netflix to become the global video streaming market leader.
Led all architecture, build, capacity planning, and support of owned technology infrastructure from script to screen, including content production, enterprise, and content delivery.
Built the planet’s largest, most scalable, and most reliable content delivery network that represented over 35% of downstream internet traffic at peak using a hybrid approach of owned infrastructure and public/private cloud.
