Hired to build a Technical Operations organization from the ground up, reporting to the CEO, with the goal of transforming technology to compel a sale or public listing.
Founded and grew Infrastructure and Cloud Operations, protecting several Fortune 50 companies, with $500MM+ in annual revenue . The team held responsibility for our global Cybersecurity application portfolio infrastructure, including networks, data centers, and both private and public cloud.
Transformed technical operations from being embedded within Product Development to a standalone organization while maintaining developer velocity.
Introduced SLOs/SLAs as well as other KPIs to track uptime, stability, and resiliency.

Founded and grew the Open Connect Network Team, responsible for network, systems and storage, and complementary business operations including provisioning and logistics,
Led all architecture, build, capacity planning, and support of owned technology infrastructure from script to screen, including content production, enterprise, and content delivery.
Built the planet’s largest, most scalable, and most reliable content delivery network that represented over 35% of downstream internet traffic at peak using a hybrid approach of owned infrastructure and public/private cloud.
Hired and mentored the first engineers within Content Delivery, forming the foundation for what became Netflix’s CDN, Open Connect and fostered an internal culture of inclusion and diversity while recruiting a global-first team.

Managed the Global Tech Infrastructure organization at Right Media, including Network Engineering, Operations, and Information Security teams.
